Wednesdays 6:00-6:45pm - Open to all Academy and Select

Technical:
Handling ,Footwork, Diving, High Balls/Flight of Ball, Reactions, Fitness, Distribution 

Tactical/Game Situation:
1 v 1, Corners, Free Kicks, Goal Kicks (for younger  GK), Crosses, Communication, Proper Warm-up
