Rush Union brought together some of the best and brightest in coaching and leadership in order to provide your player with the best experience. These coaches and staff members have been involved in Georgia soccer for many years and that's important when you're considering the path you or your player may take. Get to know some of the team who will be on the pitch, provide strategic direction and manage day-to-day operations for Rush Union. Neil played through the Manchester City youth system from 1994-98. Moved to Portsmouth F.C. in the summer of 1998 and turned professional at Portsmouth in November 1998 where he played until 2001. In April 2001 Neil moved to the USA and during a 4 year span played professionally for the Utah Blittz, Long Island Rough Riders, Syracuse Salty Dogs and the Wilmington Hammerheads until winter 2004. Neil was part of two USL National Championship teams with the Utah Blitzz, and Long Island Rough Riders respectively. Neil coached at various youth programs throughout the U.S. from 2001-2004. In the winter of 2004 Neil started coaching for TYSA (Tucker Youth Soccer Association) where he became Assistant Director of coaching in 2005-2008. Neil now serves as Executive Director for Rush Union.

Matt Holmes serves as Managing Director/Director of Coaching of the Dunwoody and Pleasantdale locations. Matt enjoyed a professional career with Birmingham City, Kettering Town FC, Nottinghamshire FA and English Schools Football Associations as well as the British Universities & Colleges of Sport. He’s coached at various levels in ODP, high school, collegiate, Atlanta Silverbacks Elite Youth, GSA ECNL and Silverbacks W-League. He’s decorated with the USSF B, USSF National Youth, United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma (Distinguished Pass), UEFA B, and NSCAA Advanced National. His extensive background garnered two publications in World Class Coaching, the world's leading magazine for soccer coaches. |

Juan is originally from Bogota, Colombia. He has put his degree in Exercise Science to good use as a strength and conditioning coach for youth and professional clubs, including the Atlanta Silverbacks. He has a long personal history of playing as well - Youth Divisions Club Deportivo Los Millonarios, Youth World Cup in Argentina 1998; Lanceros Boyaca Fair Play Second Division in Colombia 1998-1999; Gordon College 2000-2002; Brewton Parker College 2002-2004; Atlanta Silverbacks Reserves 2005. He's a respected leader in the state and now coaches 8 teams across various age groups, including an ODP team. He most enjoys helping players with individual development, while strengthening the team.
